What do you do if your gift cards are stolen? You cannot call and ask people to send you a replacement. You really need to keep your cards safe to begin with, but if your cards are stolen you should still send a thank you note indicating in your own words that you appreciated your guests presence at your wedding and that you would like to acknowledge their gift, but cannot due to their theft. You most likely will recieve a replacement gift. Please do not put yourself in this situation, even bags are stolen when put down and left unattended. A good idea is to keep your gift recepticle inside the hall, not outside the doorway. PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTIONS! Think of how much money you will lose if your cards are stolen.
